I used a photo reference for the drawing. The photo has much more detail and the shading is no where near as dramatic as I make it in the drawing. The white horizontal surfaces of the body has much more going on in the photo that I totally leave white. The shadow of the tires and body are not as dramatic in the photo as in the drawing. I wanted the drawing to jump out at you in kind of a surreal way, and in that I was happy with how it turned out.
